WAN IP address configuration via web configuration interface
Execute your web browser, and insert the IP address (default: 192.168.0.1) of VIP in the adddress
bar. After logging on machine with username/password (default: admin / 123), browse to “Internet
Access Setup” --> “WAN” configuration menu, you will see the configuration screen below:
Connection Type
Data required.
DHCP client
Usually, none.
But some ISP may require a
particular Hostname, Domain
name, or MAC (physical)
address.
Fixed IP Address
IP Address allocated to you,
and related information.
PPPoE / PPTP
PPPoE: Login name/password,
service name (optional).
PPTP: Server IP Address
Please consult your ISP personnel to obtain proper PPPoE/IP
address related information, and input carefully.
If Internet c
onnection cannot be established, please check
the physical connection or contact the ISP service staff
for support information.
