4. Press the Select soft key, use the Up or Down key
to highlight the New appointment option, and then
press the Add soft key.
5. Use the Dialpad to enter the start date and press
the Continue soft key.
6. Use the Dialpad to enter the start time and press
the Continue soft key.
7. Press the Up or Down key to highlight the required
duration, and then press the Select soft key.
8. Use the Dialpad to enter the subject of the
appointment and press the Continue soft key.
9. Use the Dialpad to enter the location of the
appointment and press the Continue soft key.
10. Press the Up or Down key to highlight the required
reminder, and then press the Select soft key.
11. Press the Clr key one or more times to return to the
idle display.
