Making a Call

Answering a Call
Makesurethatthephoneisturnedon.
When you receive an incoming call, the
Phone Incoming
screen is
displayed. Tap
Answer
to answer the call or
Ignore
to silence the
ringer and let the call go to voicemail.
Note:
When you receive a call, you can silence the ringer by pressing .
Using the speakerphone
Thespeakerphoneallowsyoutospeaktootherswithoutthe
needtoholdthephonetoyourear.
Display Your Phone Number
1.
Tap Start, then select Phone from the drop down menu.

Tap Tools, then select Options.
3.
The Settings screen is displayed as well as your phone
number at the top of the screen.
4.
Tap
to exit.
Call History
Whenacallisreceived,made,ormissedarecordofthecallis
savedwithalltheavailableinformationinCallHistory.The
CallHistorylogsare:
All Calls - Displays all call received, sent, or missed.
Roaming

Missed - Displays any missed calls.
Outgoing - Displays all outgoing calls made from your phone.
Incoming - Displays all the incoming comes that were answered.
By Caller - Allows you to select an entry from the contacts and then
displays any call information related to the contact.
Ifyoutaptheentry,thetime,date,anddurationofthecall
appearsinthedisplay.
Roaming
What is Roaming
Yourphonecanroamonotherdigitalnetworks.Roaming
occurswhenyoutraveloutsideapredesignatedcoveragearea.
Theroamingiconappearsonwheninroamingisactive,and
extrachargesmayapplywhenmakingorreceivingacall.
Note:
Some features may be unavailable while roaming. Roaming also
consumes additional power from the battery requiring more frequent charges.
Roaming Options
Thefollowingroamingoptionsareavailable:
Home only - Your phone is available for normal operation only in the
designated coverage area.
Automatic-A - The preferred roaming list is used to acquire service.
If no preferred systems are found, any digital "A" system is acquired.
Automatic-B - The preferred roaming list is used to acquire service.
If no preferred systems are found, any digital "B" system is acquired.
Note:
Contact your service provider for information regarding preferred
systems.
