You will need the following information prior to installing the system:
• IP address of the NuPoint Unified Messenger system;
• IP address of the IP Gateway;
• Subnet mask;
• Service Account ID from the AMC and a list of purchased options.
NuPoint Unified Messenger Model 640 Platform
This product is pre-configured. You only need to install the hardware at your site and then
configure the NuPoint Unified Messenger software and operating system for your network
environment in the same way as you do for the Standard platform once the software is installed.
