Using Bluetooth
Turning ON Bluetooth
To turn on Bluetooth from Bluetooth Settings:
1. From the Today screen, tap the Bluetooth icon.
2. From the pop-up menu, tap Bluetooth Settings.
3. Tap the Turn on button to enable.
SHORTCUTS: There are two shortcuts for turning on Bluetooth.
From the Bluetooth pop-up menu, tap Turn Bluetooth
ON.
From the Today screen, tap Start > Bluetooth Manager
to automatically turn on Bluetooth.
Tap the Turn off button to disable.
When Bluetooth is turned on, the Bluetooth icon turns blue and
the left LED on the iPAQ Pocket PC blinks blue. When Bluetooth
is turned off, the Bluetooth icon is grayed with a red X, and no
incoming or outgoing connections are possible.
To preserve battery power, it is recommended that you turn on
Bluetooth only when using it.
