Polling The ability to retrieve a document(s) from another facsimile machine.
Polling Password A 4-digit programmed code that enables the security of a document(s) being polled.

The ability to preset a telephone number so that you may reserve a transmission while your
unit is performing another function.
TAM Interface
A capability of your unit to be connected and operate with a Telephone Answering Machine
(TAM).
Transmission Password A 4-digit password that is checked when a document is transmitted.
User Parameter Programmed parameters that provide information to other stations. Examples are logo,
character ID, date and time.
View Mode - File List Allows you to view the brief contents of the memory files through the LCD display without
having to print the Memory File List.
View Mode - Journal Allows you to view the brief contents of the journal through the LCD display without having to
print the journal.
