4.3 Transmitting All Ships Calls
Purpose of all ships call
The All Ships Call is used to transmit important ship’s safety mes-
sage, safety of life at sea message or meteorological warning.
After transmitting message, you can communicate by voice over
the FM-8700.

Open file to transmit, or prepare message.
Press the [CALL] key.
Begin voice communications.
