SETTING UP
Synergy 700 user guide ~ 7th Edition ~ 13th May ’02 ~ 4411
After the tone enter the day,
followed by the time using the
24 hour clock.
1 = Sun, 2 = Mon,
3 = Tues, 4 = Wed,
5 = Thur, 6 = Fri, 7 = Sat.
For example:
1 1415 = Sunday 2.15pm.
Or
5 0915 = Thursday 9.15am.
You will then hear your setting
confirmed.
Press the
button twice to
return the handset to standby.
Note
If the day and time is entered
incorrectly, the prompt will announce,
“Incorrect, please set again”. Enter
the correct setting within 15 seconds
otherwise the handset will return to
standby mode. If the day and time
is entered incorrectly three times the
handset will return to standby.

Synergy 700 default settings.
If you wish to personalise your
answering machine settings, for
example record your own outgoing
message etc, please see “Setting up
and personalising your answering
machine” beginning on page 31.
The Synergy 700 answering machine
will now be switched ON and set to
its default settings so your Synergy 700
is now ready for use.
