Viewing Caller Information During
Incoming Calls
Caller ID Screen Icons
When an incoming call is received, the
screen will display: A) the name,
B) number, D) date, T) time and C)
number of calls if available.
OR
PRIVATE will appear if the name and/or
number of the caller are blocked.
OR
UNKOWN will appear if the name
and/or number of the incoming call are
not available.
OR
NO DATA SENT if data is not sent.
OR
MESSAGE ERROR will appear if the
wrong data was received from the
phone line.
Once the phone is answered, the dis-
play will resort to a call timer.
The NEW call icon will light indicating
there is at least one (1) new call to
review. In addition, the number of total
calls will be displayed and the MODE
button will flash indicating a new call.
The REPEAT call icon will light if the
C500 receives more than one call from
the same number.
The FORWARD icon will light when the
C500 receives a call forwarded from
another number.
Viewing the Caller List
Press MODE once and use the
( ) UP or DOWN arrows to
scroll through entries. Records will be
listed in the order they were received.
To exit the CID mode, press MODE
twice; the phone will return to stand-by
mode. END OF LIST will appear when
the end of the call list is reached.
Placing a Call from the List
Press MODE once and use the arrow
UP or DOWN to locate the desired
record. Dialing can be done in two
ways:
1. Press ENTER twice, then lift handset
as indicated on the screen.
