USING A HEADSET
You can make or answer calls with hands-free
convenience using an optional headset that has
a
3
/32 –inch (2.5-mm) plug. Your local RadioShack
store carries a variety of headsets.
To connect the headset, gently flip open the rubber
headset jack cover on the side of the handset. Then
insert the headset’s plug into the jack. Use the keys
on the handset to make or answer calls. Ô
When you finish using the headset, disconnect it
from the handset and replace the rubber cover to
protect the jack.
MEMORY DIALING
You have a total of 100 phonebook locations for
memory numbers (including 10 speed dials) and
Caller ID messages in the handset's memory. So,
for example, if the memory is filled with 80
phonebook records, only 20 Caller ID messages
can be stored.
You can also store one number in a separate one-
touch speed dial memory.
Each memory number can be up to 20 digits, and
each name can be up to 16 characters.
