3 Getting started
3.1 Connect the base station
Connect the power adapter jack to
the socket on the bottom of the
base station.
Connect the mains adapter to a
standard wall outlet.
Connect the telephone line cord to
the phone socket at the bottom of
the base station and the wall phone
socket.
3.2 Connect your charger
(For multi-pack models only)
Connect the AC power adapter to a
standard wall outlet.
3.3 Install your handset
Warning

BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN
INCORRECT TYPE. Use only with Philips,
type no.: Multi-Life 600mAh (2x 1.2V AAA
600mAh Ni-MH) rechargeable battery.
Use only the recommended type supplied
with this product. Dispose of used
batteries according to the instructions.
Note
Charge the handset(s) for 24 hours
before initial use!
The batteries are pre-installed in
your handset. Before charging,
remove the insulation foil by pulling
the tab off your handset.
