When an incoming trunk (CO line) call reaches the VPS via the PBX, the VPS will wait about 5 s before answering the call in order
to properly receive the Caller ID information from the PBX. This waiting time is determined by the "Waiting Time for Receiving Caller
ID" setting (see 2.4.3 Parameters in the Programming Manual).
