Dialing from the Phonebook
Make sure that the handset is on the cradle, the AC adaptor is connected and
the SP-PHONE/HEADSET indicator light is off.

Press {:} or {9} to enter the Phonebook.

Scroll to the desired item by pressing
{
4} or {3}.
• All Phonebook items are stored in the order
shown on the right figure.
• Item with # at the beginning will be displayed
with first priority if Call Restriction is set to ON.
To search for a name by initial:
1.Press the dialing button for the first letter of the
desired name until any name with the same
initial is displayed (see the Index table on
page 34).
Example: To find “Frank”, press {3} repeatedly
until the first item under “F” is displayed.
2.Press {
4} repeatedly until the name is
displayed.

Lift the handset or press
{SP-PHONE/HEADSET} .

To hang up, place the handset on the
cradle or press {SP-PHONE/HEADSET}.
• If “No items stored” is displayed in step 1, the Phonebook is empty.
• You can exit the Phonebook list any time by pressing {EXIT}.
• You can also dial the stored number as follows:
1. Lift the handset or press {SP-PHONE/HEADSET}.
2. Find the desired item (above steps 1 and 2).
3. Press {OK} (Send key).
