Causes and Solutions
Check that the battery pack is fully charged and correctly
connected to the telephone.
Battery life is affected by the network you are using and the condition of
the battery pack.
The life of the battery pack is affected by improper charging, this is
inherent in all Ni-Cd batteries. To maintain maximum performance always
use until the low battery warning and then fully recharge the battery pack.
To revive the battery pack use the telephone until it switches off and then
fully recharge three times. However, the battery pack will eventually wear
out and must be replaced with a new one.
Calls cannot be made when the outgoing calls are barred.
Check that the telephone is registered to a network. Move to a coverage
area and operate your telephone after it has registered with a network.
Turn off the power once and turn it an again.
Check the telephone number is stored in Fixed Dial Memory.
To receive a call the telephone must be switched on.
Calls cannot be received when incoming calls are barred. Turn off the
power once and turn it an again.
