If a f ault occurs in your Pocket LOOX, try to eliminate it using the steps described in this
chapter. If you cannot correct the problem, proceed as follows:
► Make a note of the steps and th e circumstances that led to the fault. Also
make a note of any error me ssages displayed.
► Switch the Pocket LOOX off.
► Contact your sales outlet or our hotline/help desk.
The Pocket LOOX’s time or date are not correct

The Pocket LOOX switches off

► Connect the power adapter to the Pocket LOOX to charge the
battery.
The battery will be charged . The power-on indica tor lights up red.
