The battery operating time dep ends greatly o n the applications used. Please consider that a
particularly large amount of energy is required to play sound files. Therefore, if you want to work
for an extended time in battery mode, limit the use of energy-intensive applications.
Data exchange with a PC or notebook also consumes additional battery power. Therefore, alw ays
connect your Pocket LOOX to an electrical outlet during data exchange if possible.
Using energy saving functions

You can save energy in several w ays to optimize ba ttery operating time:
• Switch the Pocket LO OX into Suspend mode when you are not using it (see chapters

• Reduce the screen lighting (see
chapter "

• Switch off the sound, reduce the volume or only allow acou stic signals for certain
