Setting the base ringer volume
You have three ringer options. One allows you to turn the ringer off. The other two are
volume levels.
1 Press SET/RINGER.
You hear the ringer at the current
volume level ([ ] High, [ ] Low, [ ]
Off), and it is displayed on the base.
2 Press SET/RINGER until the desired
ringer option appears.
3 The system displays new ringer volume.
Adjusting the speaker volume level
Adjust the volume of the base speaker by pressing the VOL keys on the base. Press
▲ for louder or ▼ for softer.
The numbers 0-9 are displayed on the base indicating the volume levels. 0 being the
softest and 9 being the loudest.
Note
When you press ▲ at
9 or ▼ at 0, an error tone sounds.
Note
When you have set the base ringer to off and the handset is on the base, you will still
hear the ringer from the handset.
