To send a message to a registered user, select that user from the block list screen, then
press the
key to select the sub-menu and select "2. Send SMS".

To unblock a user, select that user from the block list screen, press the key to
display the sub-menu, then select "4. Unblock".
The selected user is moved from the blocked list to the user list.
