Call List
If a name is available to the external caller‘s number in your system
, it is shown alternating to the number. (Please contact your system
administrator whether the feature name presentation is available in
your system)
Note: If you do not react within 30 seconds the display
reverts to idle state. If you want to leave the function before
the time-out, press the Clear key.
ì Press the Volume Up key to scroll through the list.
Line
Ô Press to call the selected number.
When the call is successful, the number is automatically removed
from the Call List. The system automatically adds the digit(s) for
external call access.
Note: If digit(s) for external call access has not been defined
for your Call List, contact your system administrator.
Show date, time and call attempts for the selected call
When you are retrieving calls from your Call List.
1 Press to see the date and time for the selected call.
You will see when the call was dialed/received and how many times
the same call was sent/came in.
1 Press to return to the previous display.
Erase calls from the Call List
When you are retrieving calls from your Call List.
ì Press the Volume Down key to erase the selected call.
The call is erased from the list and the next call is displayed. The
display will inform you if there are no more calls in the list.
Exit the Call List
í Press to exit the Call list.
