It is possible to connect a cordless phone to 8 networks. If the signal
strength indicator is visible, you can make and receive telephone calls.
If the indicator is empty, then the cordless phone is not connected to a
network. Causes may be:
You are out of range of the network.
Check that the network is operating correctly and that you are within
range.
There is no access to the network.
The cordless phone is not able to connect or its access rights may
have changed. Try switching the phone off and on again. You can
also try selecting the network again (see “Searching for a specific
network” on page 125). If this does not help, contact your network
administrator.
Operating range
You can use your cordless phone in the area that is covered by the
network. Outside this area, you lose contact with the network, the signal
