To set call barring
You can bar calls with up to
five different prefixes, making
it impossible to dial out if a
telephone number is
preceded by one of these
prefixes. This could be an
international dialling code
or a premium rate service.
You can also specify
individual handsets on which
you want to set call barring.

a specific base to use.
