Check for Updates
To check for Call Center software or rmware updates, click Check
for Updates in the About tab. The following window appears:
If a new software or rmware is available for Call Center, a pop-up
message appears. Select Yes to download and install the update,
or No to cancel the installation.
A pop-up window will also appear when no updates are available.
Click OK to close the window.
