BYou can adjust the volume of the caller’s voice by slid-
ing the VOLUME CONTROL on the right side of the
phone.
CAfter the conversation has finished, press the
SPEAKERPHONE button to hang up.
2. To Make A Call
APress and release the SPEAKERPHONE button.
B When you hear a dial tone, dial the number or press
the auto memory button just as you would on any other
push-button telephone. The number appears on the
display window.
C When your party answers, adjust the sound level of
his or her voice by sliding the VOLUME CONTROL
located on the right side of the phone.
D After the conversation has finished, press
SPEAKERPHONE to hang up.
If you wish to switch from speakerphone to hand-
set, simply lift the handset.
If you wish to switch from handset to speakerphone,
press and release Speakerphone and then hang
up the handset.
Duration Counter
A built-in counter will start counting form your reference 6
seconds after you lift the handset or 6 seconds after you dial
a telephone number.
Tone Button
If the PULSE/TONE switch is set to the PULSE position, and
you want to make a tone dialing call after pulse dialing, press
the TONE button once, then dial the number. The number
dialed out will be changed to tone dialing automatically with-
out setting the PULSE/TONE switch to TONE position.
Automatic Memory
This telephone can store up to 20 telephone numbers (10
auto memory buttons and 10 keypad memory locations). Each
of the memory number locations can store up to a maximum
of 16 digits. Numbers can be stored in either pulse or tone
mode.

TROL” situé sur le côté droit de l’appareil, à la position

2. Pour faire un appel
A. Appuyez sur la touche “SPEAKERPHONE” et relâchez-
la.
B. Lorsque vous entendrez la tonalité, composez le numéro
ou appuyez sur une touche de composition abrégée, tel
que vous le ferriez sur n’importe quel téléphone. Le
numéro apparaît à l’afficheur.
C. Lorsqu’on vous répond, réglez le niveau de volume de
l’écouteur en ajustant le commutateur “VOLUME CON-
TROL” situé sur le côté droit du téléphone.
D. Lorsque votre conversation est terminée, appuyez sur
la touche “SPEAKERPHONE” pour couper la commu-
nication.
Vous pouvez permuter de la communication par
haut-parleur ou par le combiné en soulevant
simplement celui-ci du socle.
Pour permuter de la communication à l’aide du
combiné à celle du haut-parleur, appuyez sur la tou-
che “SPEAKERPHONE” et raccrochez le combiné.
Compteur de la durée d’un appel
Cet appareil possède un compteur d’appel intégré qui se
met en marche six secondes après le début d’un appel. Le
compteur se mettra hors fonction dans les six secondes suivant
la fin d’un appel.
Utilisez la touche de tonalité
Si votre mode de composition à est impulsions et que le
commutateur de la composition à impulsions/tonalité est réglé
à la position “Pluse”, il vous est possible de changer le mode
de compositon du clavier à la composition à tonalité “Tone”
et ce, pendant un appel, pour vous permettre d’utiliser les
services qui nécessitent la composition à tonalité.
Composition abrégée
Ce téléphone peut contenir jusqu’à 20 numéros de téléphone
(10 adresses mémoire et 10 touches de composition
prioritaires). Chaque adresse mémoire peut comporter un
numéro de 16 chiffres. Les numéros peuvent être programmés
en mode de composition à impulsions ou à tonalité.
