Using the answering machine

1 Call your telephone number.
2 During the outgoing message playback, press # followed by your PIN code.
3 The answering system begins announcing the time and day stamp.
4 Press # then while the system announces the time and day stamp.
You hear sounds in the room where your phone is installed. After 15 seconds, the
answering system returns to the command waiting mode.
5 Press # then to monitor the room for another 15 seconds. Or select another
remote function. Or hang up to exit the system. The answering system
automatically returns to standby.
Remote room monitor
You can call your answering system from any touch-tone phone and monitor sounds
in the room where your base unit is installed.

4 Press # then 6 to turn the answering system on.
5 Hang up the phone and subsequent calls will be answered by the machine.
Turn on the answering machine remotely
If you have forgotten to turn on your answering machine, you can turn it on remotely
from any touch-tone telephone.
