Conferencing
If you have more than one handset, up to three people can participate in a conference call. A three-way conference
call consists of an outside line, and two handsets. You can easily join a call already in progress.
Press [ /ash] or [ ] on the handset to join the call.
To hang up, return the handset to the cradle or press [ ] on the handset. The other party will still be connect-
ed to the call.
Transferring a Call
You can transfer a call from one station to another.
During a call, press [int’com/hold] on the handset.
Use [ ] or [ ] to select the station you want to transfer the call to, then press the
OK soft key.
The call will automatically be placed on hold, and a paging tone sounds. To cancel the transfer, press [ /ash]
or [ ] on the initiating handset.
When another station accepts the transferred call, your call will be disconnected. If you want to rejoin the call,
press [ /ash] or [ ] on the handset.
Answering a Transferred Call
When a station receives a call transfer, it sounds a paging tone and shows the ID of the station that is paging. To ac-
cept the call transfer:
Press [ /ash], [int’com/hold], or the ANSWER soft key from the handset.
To speak to the caller, press [ /ash] on the receiving handset.
If you have multiple handsets, only the rst handset to answer the transfer page will be connected to the call. If the
transfer page is not picked up within one minute, the operation will be canceled.
