The user can change the settings for the buddy presence, buddy list, VOD play,
scheduler, and XML browser.
A buddy list is a list of users that is used to manage the real-time changes in
status of the users registered with the presence server. This user is called a
buddy. If the status of a user registered with a presence server is changed,
this change is delivered in real time to the people to whom the user is registered
as a buddy.
