6. Use the number keys to enter the phone
number.
The phone number cannot exceed 20 digits.Ô
Use PAUSE/RDL to enter a pause in the
dialing sequence. The display shows a

Each pause counts as one digit and
represents a two second delay of time
between the digits as they are sent.
Use
CH/DEL to delete digits as needed.
7. Press
SEL. You will hear a confirmation tone.Ô
Memory storage is complete. For example, if
you store a name and number into memory
location number 7, the display shows

STEPS FOR ENTERING NAMES AND
SPECIAL CHARACTERS
Refer to the letters on the number keys to select the
desired characters.
With each press of a numeric key, the displayed
character appears in the following order:

The pause feature is
useful for long distance
calling, credit card
dialing, or sequences
that require a pause
between digits.
The 10 memory
locations are
represented by the
numbers 0-9 on the
keys. If you store a
number in one of the
locations, then attempt
to store a different
number in the same
location later, the new
number will overwrite the
previous one.
