SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
SETTING THE RINGER VOLUME
Set the ringer volume (HI, LOW, OFF) while in the Standby mode as follows:
Press and hold the VOICE MAIL/
MENU button for more than two
seconds; the Ringer Volume setting
will appear in the display.

Press the EDIT/FLASH button to
change the setting; the Ringer Volume
setting will blink.

Press the Scroll Up ❶ or Down ❷
button to select a desired ringer
volume (HI, LOW or OFF).

When the desired Ringer Volume
setting appears, press and hold the
SAVE/RE/PA button for more than two
seconds; a long beep will be heard to
confirm the setting has been saved.

You can continue with programming or
press the VOICE MAIL/MENU button
to return to the Standby mode.

NOTE:
A button must be pressed within 20
seconds, or the unit will revert back to
the Standby mode.
