Connecting to a home base station
To be able to use a certain home base station the
cordless phone must be subscribed to that home base
station and be connected to it. A cordless phone can
be subscribed to multiple home base stations, but can
only be connected to one home base station at a time.
You can select a home base station in two ways from
a list of home base stations in the cordless phone:
• To which you are subscribed.
Or
• To which you are subscribed and within range.
Selecting a home base station
A subscribed home base station can be selected from
a list held within the cordless phone. You do not need
to be within range of that home base station.
To select a home base station:
1. Press and then press for 2 seconds.
If the programming security for the cordless
phone is on four dashes are displayed. If so enter
the PIN code for the cordless phone (default is
0000).
2. Two dashes are displayed.
3. Enter 12.
The PARK of the currently connected home base
station is displayed. By pressing the Up or Down
key you can scroll through the list of subscribed
home base stations.
4. Select the home base station you want.
5. Press and then press .
The home base station has been selected.
Selecting available home base station
You can select a home base station, which is within
range and has a subscription, from a list in the cordless
phone.
1. Press and then press for 2 seconds.
If the programming security for the cordless
phone is on four dashes are displayed. If so enter
the PIN code for the cordless phone (default is
0000).
2. Two dashes are displayed.
