Storing numbers in the memory
You can store up to ten telephone numbers in the cordless
phone’s permanent memory. The numbers stay in the memory
even when the cordless phone is switched off.
To store a number:
1. Press then .
2. Press the numeric key to be assigned to the
telephone number (0 - 9).
If a number has already been assigned to this key
it will be displayed.
3. If no number has yet been assigned to this key
enter the telephone number or press (see
below).
4. Press then to store the number.
Checking:
Press and then the numeric key which corresponds
to the stored number. The stored number is displayed.
Tips:
To include a pause (to wait for the dial tone) in a
number, press then 2. On the display you will see
a dash at that point in the number.
If you make a mistake while entering the number
press the C key one or more times and enter the correct
number.
If a number has already been stored under a key press
then and then start again at step 1, and select
another numeric key.
You can press to request the last dialled number
as the number to be stored. You can also use the Up
or Down key to scroll through the list of ten most
recently dialled numbers.
If you often call several people in one organisation
that has direct dialling of extension numbers you can
store the common part of the numbers in memory.
You can then enter the variable part of the number
manually each time you call.
