To edit Phonebook names and
numbers
Note
You can scroll in either direction to
search through the list.
Note
You can also edit an entry using the
UP or DOWN buttons.
Press the ߜ button.
Press the DOWN button to
reach Ed. Phonebook.
Press ߜ to enter the Phonebook.
Press the DOWN button to
reach Edit Entry.
Press the ߜ button. Display
shows Edit Entry and the list
of stored names and numbers.
Press the UP or DOWN button
to scroll to the entry you want
to change.
Press the ߜ button. The name
will be displayed.
Use the
✘ button to delete
unwanted letters. You can enter
new letter as shown in ‘Entering
names’ on page 16.
Press the ߜ button to store
the new name. You will hear a
confirmation beep.
The number will be displayed.
Edit the entry using the
✘
button to delete and by entering
new numbers.
Press the ߜ button to store
the new number. You will hear
a confirmation beep.
Press and hold the
✘ button to
return to standby.

and number

reach Ed. Phonebook.
Press ߜ to enter the Phonebook.
Press the DOWN button to
reach Delete Entry.
Press the ߜ button. Display
shows Delete Entry and the
list of stored names and numbers.
Press the UP or DOWN button
to scroll to the entry you want
to delete.
When you have found the name
to delete, press the ߜ button.
