Using the Caller ID List

You can place a call from the Caller ID list. The EXT 1365 stores up to
50 messages.

to dial by pressing or .

dials automatically.

Pressing while the incoming call information is displayed (in step 1) will
place the prefix “
1“ in the display to set up for a long distance call.
Pressing will set or cancel an area code setting.

You can temporarily edit the Caller ID number that is displayed by pressing
. A cursor appears in the display. Press to move the
cursor left, make your changes and then press . This will not change the
number in the Caller ID list menu.
