ELEMENTSOFWARRANTY: Unidenwarrantsto the original retail ownerfor the
durationof this warranty,its CT 301 CordlessTelephone (hereinafterreferred to as
the Product),to befree from defects in materials andcraftsmanship withonly the
limitationsorexclusions set out below.
WARRANTY DURATION: This warranty to the original retail owner only,shall
terminateand be of no further effect ONE (1) Yearafterthe dateof originalretail
sale.This warrantywill be deemed invalidif the product is: (A)Damagedor not
maintainedas reasonable and necessary,(B) Modified,alteredor used as part of
anyconversion kits, subassemblies, or anyconfigurations not sold by Uniden. (C)
Improperly installed,(D)Repaired by someone other than an authorised Uniden
RepairAgent for adefect or malfunctioncovered by this warranty, (E)Used in
conjunctionwith any equipment or parts or as a part ofa system not manufactured
by Uniden,(F) Installed,programmed or serviced by anyoneother than an
authorisedUniden RepairAgent, (G)Where the Serial Number label ofthe product
hasbeen removed ordamaged beyondrecognition.
PARTSCOVERED: This warranty covers for One year,the Base/Charging Unitand
Handset only.All accessories (Antenna, Battery,ACAdaptor,Cable, Modular Plug,
etc.)arecovered for 90 Days only.
STATEMENTOF REMEDY: In the eventthat the productdoes not conform to this
warranty at anytime while this warranty is in effect, thewarrantor at itsdiscretion,
will repair the defector replace the product and retum it to you without chargefor
parts andservice. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOTCOVER OR PROVIDE FORTHE
REIMBURSEMENTOR PAYMENTOF INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
WARRANTY CARD: If a warranty card has been includedwith this productthen
please fill it in andreturn to us within 14days of purchase.Yournameandthe Serial
numberof the product will then be registered inourdatabase and thiswill help us
process yourclaim withgreater speedand efficiencyshould you requirewarranty
service.
PROCEDURE FOROBTAINING PERFORMANCE OFWARRANTY: In the event
that the product doesnot conform tothis warranty,the Productshould be shippedor
delivered,freight pre-paid, with evidence of original purchase (e.g.,a copy ofthe
