Speed Dialling from Phonebook
Once you have stored phone numbers in the phone
book memory (000 through 199), you can dial them
easily whenever you want. See page 68 for details
on storing phone numbers.
One-Touch Dial
Memory locations 000 through 009 are special one-
touch locations. Press and hold the last digit of the
memory location containing the number to be dialled.
For example
: Location no. 009
Press and hold.
The number (and name) stored is displayed and then
dialled.
Two-Touch Dial
Memory locations 010 through 099 are special two-
touch locations. Press the second digit briefly and
hold down the third digit of the memory cell.
For example
: Location no. 023
Press briefly and hold down .
The number (and name) stored is displayed and then
dialled.
Three-Touch Dial
Memory locations 100 through 199 are special three-
touch locations. Press the first and the second digits
briefly and hold down the third digit of the memory
cell.
For example
: Location no. 129
Press and briefly and hold
down .
The number (and name) stored is displayed and then
dialled.
Note: When several numbers are saved in one
location, only the first-saved number which
was automatically set as the speed dial
number for the location will be automatically
dialled. You can change the Speed Dial
number while editing. For details, see the
options in “Finding a Number by its Name”
on page 65.
