Voice mail service is an electronic on-line answering system offered by
your telephone company. After subscribing, the voice mail system can
answer calls automatically when your line is busy or if calls are not
answered. Callers can leave messages by following the pre-recorded
instructions. When voice mail messages are recorded, “Voicemail” and
“” will be displayed and the VOICE MAIL button on the base unit will
flash.
To use this feature, you must first store your access number.
Storing a Voice Mail Access Number
Make sure the unit is in the standby mode initially.

Press (FUNCTION/CH).

Press Ö or Ñ repeatedly until the arrow
points to “Program”.

Press á (Yes key).

Press Ö or Ñ repeatedly until the arrow
points to “Save mailbox#”.

Press á (Yes key).

Enter your access number, up to 32 digits.
•If you enter a wrong number, press
(CLEAR/INTERCOM). Digits are erased from
the right. To erase all digits, press and hold
(CLEAR/INTERCOM).

Press Ö (Next key).
•If you want to edit the entered number, press
Ñ (Edit key) and returen to step 6.

Press á (Save key).
•A beep sounds.
•To return to the standby mode, press (OFF).
