Problem
Previously programmed
information is erased.
“Recharge” is displayed,

off, the unit is unable to turn
it back on and LCD shows

any voice prompt announced
from the handset.

Remedy
•If a power failure occurs, programmed
information may be erased. Reprogram
if necessary.
•Charge the battery fully (p. 14).
•Clean the charge contacts and charge
again (p. 15).
•Install a new battery (p. 77).
