To check-out of the ACD group:
1) Press the “ACD Agent” button.
2) Press Line button.
3) Press the
[COut] Softkey.
NOTE: The check-out Softkey is only available if the Agent is checked in.
To set the Line as the Primary ACD Line to display the ACD status from the LCD:
1) In the ACD menu, select the
[PRIM] Softkey and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
NOTE: The LIP Phone and Line must be enabled for ACD, refer to Installer Guide for the steps
to enable the ACD function.
