This section describes features that are used with incoming calls.
Activate Automatic Answerback
When the Automatic Answerback feature is active, your set automatically answers in
handsfree mode after one ring; however, calls are not forwarded to the voice message
service.
To activate Automatic Answerback:
Press the Automatic Answerback key.
To deactivate Automatic
Answerback:
Press the Automatic Answerback key
again.
Activate Call Pickup
Use the Call Pickup feature to pick up calls from any telephone in the same pickup
group or another pickup group.
To answer a call in your own
Call Pickup group:
1. Lift the Handset.
2. Press the Pickup key, or enter the
Pickup Ringing Number FFC.
To answer an incoming call in
another Call Pickup group:
1. Lift the Handset.
2. Press the Group Pickup key or enter
the Pickup Group FFC.
