While on an active call
Use Attendant Recall
Use the Attendant Recall feature to contact an attendant during a call and to connect
the call to the attendant.
To contact the attendant while on a
call:
1. Press the Attendant Recall key and stay
on the line until the attendant answers.
2. Press the Goodbye key. The caller
remains connected to the attendant.
Use Call Park
Use the Call Park feature to hold temporarily (parked) and retrieve a call from any
telephone. Using Call Park does not tie up a line and, when configured network-wide,
can be used across networks. A System Park Extension can be set to automatically
park most calls.
To park a call on the System Park DN
or your own DN:
During an active call, press the Park key
twice.
By default, the call is parked on your DN
unless a System Park is enabled to
automatically park calls on the system.
To park a call on a DN other than the
System Park DN or your own DN:
1. Press the Park key.
2. Dial the DN where you want to park the
call.
3. Press the Park key.
