PAGING FROM THE HANDSET
Press the intercom button on your handset. The base is paged and emits a
paging tone.

When the TALK/callback or SPEAKER/callback or page/intercom or
intercom on the receiving handset or base is pressed, the page is
answered. If the page is not answered after two minutes, it is cancelled.
The unit returns to standby mode.
INTERCOM OPERATION
The intercom feature allows you to have an unlimited-duration, two-way
conversation between the base and handset.
MAKING AN INTERCOM CALL
1. Make sure the phone is OFF (not in talk mode).
2. Press the page/intercom button on the base.
PAGING
HANDSET
shows
on the base display.
- OR -
Press the intercom button on the handset.
PAGING
shows in the
handset display. The receiving party is paged.
3. When the receiving party answers the page, the intercom is activated.
4. When finished, press the intercom button on the handset or page/intercom
button on the base to deactivate the intercom.
RECEIVING AN INTERCOM CALL
When you receive an intercom call, the handset or base beeps. To answer
the intercom call, press the page/intercom or SPEAKER/callback button on
the base or intercom or TALK/callback on the handset.
