SETTING UP
Please note
Under ideal conditions, the handset battery
should give about 12 hours talktime or 120
hours standby on a single charge. Optimum
times for talk and standby are only achieved
when the handset batteries are new and fully
charged.
Plug the line cord into the line socket on your
Freestyle base station.

Please note
It is recommended that you do not connect
the telephone line cord to the phone socket
until your handset is fully charged. This will
prevent the risk of the batteries discharging
during a conversation, which would cause
you to lose the call.
If you do not have modern phone sockets, call
Freefone 0800 800 150 and ask for a BT
engineer to come and fit the correct type. This
is a chargeable service.

Pre-set PINs
Your Freestyle 2010 comes with a pre-set
PIN which you will need to use to perform
various functions on your phone.
When you enter the PIN, the display will not
show it for security reasons.
The PIN, pre-set to 0000, is used when
adjusting base station settings and
registering new handsets. It can be changed.
