Copying entries in a phone book:
Press the MENU key and select PHONEBOOK and press the OK key.
Press the UP or DOWN keys to select phone book to open; PRIVATE or SHARED. Press the OK key.
Press the UP or DOWN keys to select TO SHARED or TO PRIVATE, and then press the OK key.
Press the UP or DOWN keys to scroll to or search by letter the entries desired to copy to the other
phone book, and then press the OK key.
Press the OK key to save all changes.

Assigning contacts quick dial numbers:
Press the MENU key and select PHONEBOOK and press the OK key.
Press the UP or DOWN keys to select PRIVATE phone book, and
press the OK key.

Changing quick dial numbers:
Information from the entries can be shared by copying the entries from the private phone
book to the shared phone book and vice-versa.
NOTE: Contacts on the contact list cannot be assigned to quick dial keys.
