To proceed with the deletion, press the
0 key again. You will see the following
LCD message:
After the Caller ID record is deleted,
the VT 1421 will return to Caller ID
review mode.
You can also delete the entire contents
of the Caller ID memory.
• Press OK to activate the menu.
• Use the keys to locate the
following menu item:
• Press and hold the 0 key to clear
Caller ID memory. After 1 second,
the following message will be
displayed:
• To confirm the deletion, press the
0 key again. While the memory is
being cleared, the following
message is displayed:
• Press OK to enter CLEAR
MEMORY mode. Use the keys
to locate the following menu item:
• Press OFF to exit.
