With a 3+1 or 4+1 Standard Format: Enter a code in the

box: 1–9, 0, B, C, D, E, or F. Enter "#+10" for 0, "#+11" for B,
"#+12" for C, "#+13" for D, "#+14" for E, "#+15" for F.
A "0" (

box will disable a report.
