Uniden warrants to the original retail owner for the duration of this warranty, its XSA97 (herein after referred to as the
Product),tobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandcraftsmanshipwithonlythelimitationsorexclusionssetoutbelow.
This warrantyto the originalretail owneronly,shall terminateand beof no furthereffect 12months after thedate oforiginal
retailsale. Thiswarranty willbe deemedinvalid ifthe productis; (A)Damaged ornot maintainedasreasonable andnecessary,(B)Modified, alteredor
used aspart ofany conversionkits, subassemblies,or anyconfigurations notsold byUniden. (C)Improperly installed,(D) Repairedby someoneother
thanan authorisedUnidenRepair Agentfora defectormalfunction coveredbythis warranty. (E)Usedinconjunctionwith anyequipmentor partsoras
partofasystemnotmanufacturedbyUniden,(F)Warrantyisonlyvalidinoriginalcountryofpurchase.
Thiswarrantycoversforone(1)year,theBaseUnitandHandsetonly.Allaccessories(ACAdaptoretc)arecoveredfor90daysonly.
Intheeventthattheproductdoesnotconformtothiswarrantyatanytimewhilethiswarrantyisineffect,thewarrantoratits
discretion, will repair thedefect or replace the product andreturn it to you without charge for partsor service. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOTCOVER OR
PROVIDEFOR THEREIMBURSEMENTORPAYMENTOFINCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES.THIS GUARANTEEISIN ADDITIONTOAND DOES
