Transferring a Call
You can transfer a call from one station to another.
During a call, press
[int’com/hold] on the handset or [int'com/hold] on the base.
Use
[ ] or [ ] to select the station you want to transfer the call to, then press
the
OK soft key. The call will automatically be placed on hold, and a paging tone
sounds. To cancel the transfer, press
[ /ash] or [ ] the handset or [ ] on the base.
When another station accepts the transferred call, your call will be disconnected. If you want to rejoin the call,
pick up the base corded handset, or press
[ /ash] or [ ] on the handset or [ ] on the base again.
Answering a Transferred Call
When a station receives a call transfer, it sounds a paging tone and shows the ID of the station that is paging. To ac-
cept the call transfer:
Press
[ /ash], [int’com/hold], or the ANSWER soft key from the handset (or pick up the base corded hand-
set from the base, or press
[int'com/hold], [ ], or the ANSWER soft key on the base).
To speak to the caller, press
[ /ash] on the receiving handset or [ ] on the base.
If you have multiple handsets, only the rst handset to answer the transfer page will be connected to the call. If the
transfer page is not picked up within one minute, the operation will be canceled.
