• Record main greetings
• Disable mailboxes that are not in use. Be sure to set each unused
mailbox’s Message Limit to zero (0).

Digital Voice unit is connected. If you have installed a DVP
– 403, but initially are using only ports 1 and 2, disable message
notification on ports 3 and 4. This will allow the voice mail system
to operate properly.
• Assign mailbox names for dial by name directory.
• Record mailbox names for use until subscribers can enter their
mailboxes and record their names.
• Assign system administrator’s mailbox for vendors.
