To copy all of the items in your directory to another unit
• You can exit the directory copying mode by pressing [STOP] on the base unit or
[OFF] on the cordless handset.
1 Make sure the destination unit is not in use.
Base unit: Press [FUNCTION/EDIT].
Cordless handset: Press [CONF/FUNCTION].
2 Scroll to “Copy directory” by pressing []
or [], then press [].
3 Scroll to “Copy all items” by pressing []
or [], then press [].
4 Select the destination extension number by
pressing [] or []. (“0” for the base unit,
“1– 8” for the cordless handset)
• You can also select the extension number by
pressing [0], [1] to [8].
5 Base unit: Press [] (Send).
Cordless handset: Press the soft key ( ).
• When all items have been transferred,
“Complete” is displayed.
• The destination unit displays “Directory
Receiving” then “Directory Received”.
• You can continue copying items to another
extension.
6 Base unit: Press [STOP].
Cordless handset: Press [OFF].
