If a user on a parallel phone picks up while the OGM is playing, pressing #
will stop the playback.

If a user on a parallel phone or the cordless handset picks up during recoding
of the callers message the recording will stop.
The number of unheard message numbers will be blinking on the display,
and they will stop blinking after all the messages are reviewed.
Playing ICM
When there is a memo, the memo will be played back first before the ICM’s.
ICM’s will be played back in the sequence they were recorded. Day and time
of the recording will be announced before each message.
When there are new messages, only the new messages will be played back.
Old messages can be played back only when all new messages are played
back.
1. Press
during standby mode. Total number of new or old
messages will be announced and the memo or oldest new message
will begin.
2. During day/time announcement,

to skip current message and play the next message,

to play the previous message, if any.
3. During message playback,

to skip current message and play the next message,

to repeat the current message.

Answering machine features
The answering machine has the following features.
Volume adjustment
You can adjust the volume for call screening and message playback.

VOL UP to increase the volume,
Press VOL DN to decrease the volume.
Ring delay
answers the call. This only applies when the answering machine is turned on.
