2. Use the or button on the handset or the base to display the
desired Caller ID record.
3. Press flash/delete button. The display shows
DELETE CALL ID?
4. Press flash/delete button to erase the record. The display shows
DELETED
for two seconds and confirms the deletion. You will hear a
confirmation tone.
NOTE: Press EXIT button once to return to the CID review menu. Or, press and
hold the EXIT button on the handset to return to standby mode.
DELETING ALL CID RECORDS
To delete all of the Caller ID records in memory:
1. Make sure the phone is OFF (not in talk mode).
2. Use the or button on the handset or the base to display any
CID record.
